Enterprise Plans & Feature Gating
DocuPage now has a full plan tier system — Free, Pro, Team, and Enterprise. Premium features are enforced throughout the app with inline locked-feature UI, contextual upgrade prompts, and server-side gating so plan limits are always respected.

Theme
Dark Mode & v2 Dashboard
The v2 dashboard ships with a fully redesigned dark-first UI. Users can now switch between Light, Dark, and System themes directly from the sidebar — no page reload, preference persisted across sessions.

- ✓Theme preference saved to localStorage and applied instantly on load — no flash of wrong theme.
- ✓System mode follows the OS preference and updates automatically.

Screenshot Editor & Dashboard Hero
The screenshot editor is now a unified toolbar with three dedicated modes. A new 3D dashboard hero variant with a CSS perspective tilt that smoothly straightens on hover is now available in admin settings.
- ✓Unified toolbar — switch between Highlight, Crop, and Redact from a single pill control.
- ✓Crop mode — drag any rectangle on a screenshot to crop and zoom to that region.
- ✓Highlight mode — unchanged: drag to create spotlight boxes, click to reposition the action dot.
- ✓Redact mode — draw blur zones and apply them permanently; zones are draggable before applying.
- ✓Dashboard hero v3 — 3D tilted app mockup with hover-to-straighten animation, selectable from admin.
Org-First Enterprise Platform
Organizations are now the true top-level entity. Every route, team, and action is scoped under your org slug. Full enterprise feature set: onboarding gate, member management, audit log, SSO configuration, org-level billing, and API key management.
- ✓New URL structure — all app routes live under /{orgSlug}/teams, /{orgSlug}/guides, etc.
- ✓Teams are created inside orgs — slug uniqueness is org-scoped, not global.
- ✓Onboarding wizard for new users — create org → team → invite teammates.
- ✓Org member management — invite by email, assign roles (owner/admin/member), remove members.
- ✓Audit log — full event history: member joins, guide publishes, role changes, and more.
- ✓Org-scoped API keys — create, scope, and revoke keys from one place.
- ✓SSO configuration UI — SAML 2.0 / OIDC setup with attribute and group mapping.
v2 Dashboard & Navigation
The v2 workspace dashboard is now fully wired up. Create workspaces inline from the sidebar, manage members per workspace, and navigate directly to your organization — all without leaving the app.
- ✓Inline workspace creation — name and slug form in the sidebar, no page reload.
- ✓Members panel per workspace — toggle between guide list and member management.
- ✓New Organization entry point from the sidebar footer.

Organizations & Workspace Members
Group multiple teams under a single Organization. Invite collaborators directly to individual workspaces with granular role control — without adding them to the whole team.

Draw annotation boxes directly on screenshots by clicking and dragging — no more coordinate guessing. On the infrastructure side, the production container now rebuilds without taking the site offline.

Workspaces & Full-Screen Slideshow
Organize guides into named Workspaces. Each guide gets an auto-generated display ID (like GDE-42). Public guides gained a full-screen slideshow mode for step-by-step presentations.

Guide Recycle Bin
Deleted guides go to a recycle bin and are auto-purged after 30 days. Restore any time before that.

DocuPage became a full SaaS platform. Guides can be shared publicly, protected with passphrases, and tracked with built-in analytics — view counts, unique visitors, session duration, and a 30-day trend chart.
