Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Docu.Page. Please read them carefully. By using our product, you agree to be bound by these terms.

01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Docu.Page ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.

02

Description of Service

To use most features of Docu.Page you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete registration information.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notifying us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

04

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Docu.Page to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any software intended to harm.
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without written permission.
  • Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service or servers.
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam).
05

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Docu.Page platform — including software, design, trademarks, and documentation — are owned by Docu.Page Inc. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

You retain ownership of content you create and upload ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service.

06

You are solely responsible for the User Content you upload, publish, or share via Docu.Page. You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit.
  • Your content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
  • Your content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe poses legal or reputational risk.

07

  • Pay all applicable fees as described on our Pricing page at the time of purchase.
  • Provide accurate and complete billing information.
  • Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected).

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.

08

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

09

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Docu.Page Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

11

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

12

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice in the product or by email. Your continued use of Docu.Page after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
